Strawberry Chocolate Cups Recipe

Excellent served with a slice of pavlova, cheesecake etc.

Cadburys dairy milk chocolate

Fresh cream
Baileys Irish cream
Fresh Wexford strawberries
(quantities depend on no. of cups required)


Melt broken chocolate squares in microwave or bowl over hot water and stir to a pouring consistency.
Pour into cup moulds – tilting tray or individual moulds to ensure that an even coverage is achieved (it will help if the mould tray has been chilled)
Place in fridge to chill.
Whip cream with a little caster sugar + Baileys to taste.
Remove chocolate cups from mould fill with Baileys cream + decorate with fresh Wexford strawberries a sprig of fresh mint.
